By using Kickback’s platforms or purchasing through our listings, you agree to the terms below. Kickback Technologies Inc. acts as a verified resale and consignment service connecting buyers with authentic automotive parts from trusted partners and shops. All listings are inspected, photographed, and verified before sale.

Kickback does not manufacture or warranty the original parts themselves but guarantees accuracy of listings under our 7-Day Limited Warranty Policy. Buyers must report any issues within 7 days of confirmed delivery for eligibility.

All payouts to sellers and partners are held for 7 days after delivery to ensure any claims can be resolved before final settlement. After this window, funds are automatically released.

Kickback reserves the right to deny or limit transactions in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or policy abuse.


Use of Kickback’s services constitutes acceptance of these terms, including the Return & Warranty Policy and all applicable consignment agreements.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us through the same platform where you made your purchase:

  • Facebook Marketplace: Send us a message through Messenger.

  • Craigslist: Reply to your purchase email thread.

  • Direct Sales / Website Orders: Email support@kickbackforyou.com.

Our customer service team will log your request and guide you through the next steps.

What happens after I request a return?

  1. We review your claim.
    Our team checks your delivery date to confirm it’s within the 7-day warranty window.

  2. You’ll share photos of the issue.
    This helps us determine whether it’s a product defect or a buyer-related error.

  3. We’ll confirm your eligibility.

    • If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.

    •        •    You’ll be updated at every stage until the refund is complete.

Who pays for return shipping?

It depends on the reason for the return:

  • If Kickback is at fault (defect, damage, or listing error):
    We’ll cover all shipping costs both ways.

  • If the buyer made an error (changed mind, ordered the wrong part, etc.):
    The buyer covers return shipping. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund if preferred.

What happens once Kickback receives my return?

Our quality-control team inspects the returned part and verifies its condition matches the original listing. Once approved, your refund is processed within 24 hours of inspection. Refunds are issued directly from the funds we held during the 7-day warranty period — so no waiting for seller repayment.

Can I return an item after 7 days?

Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day warranty period has expired. However, we’re happy to assist with basic troubleshooting or help you resell the part through Kickback if appropriate.

Why does Kickback hold payouts for 7 days?

To protect both buyers and sellers, Kickback holds all funds for 7 days after delivery. This ensures any issues can be resolved quickly without needing to pull back payments from our partners. After 7 days without a return request, seller payouts are automatically released.

Are there restocking fees?

Normally, no. But in certain non-defective returns, a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and relisting costs. You’ll be notified before any fee is applied.

What’s the target for returns at Kickback?

We aim to keep returns under 5% through accurate listings, professional photography, and part conditioning. Our team inspects every item to make sure what you see is exactly what you get.

When will I get my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, most refunds are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your payment method, funds typically post within 3–5 business days.
